In addition, yoga increases the range of motion in joints. It may also increase lubrication in the joints. The outcome is a sense of ease and fluidity throughout your body.

Lana Armstrong

Lana is a seasoned Yogi. Her inspirational style is warm and unique and her dedication is unparalleled. Come in and try one of Lana's Yoga classes. She is also available for private training.

Colleen Ballew, CPT, CN

Colleen has been a student of Pilates for over 10 years. She holds her PT certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, her Pilates certification through Retrofit Pilates and her Nutrition Certification through NESTA. She is currently working towards her PMA certification. However, her passion is in the kitchen where she loves to create new recipes that are flavorful, healthy, quick, and easy. All the ingredients her clients request.

Herb Dizon, CPT, PES

Herb is a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM and holds an additional certificate as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. He has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years with his main focus in youth athletics over the past 13. Herb also specializes in Hypertrophy training for those individuals and athletes looking to gain muscle mass and definition. His training sessions are full of variety, keeping you challenged and always progressing.

Georgie Miko

Georgie is passionate about fitness and it comes through in his classes. He previously taught at Poleates in Westlake Village and now brings his special Pilates / Yoga fusion style to The Studio. He holds his Pilates certification through Retrofit Pilates.

Julianne Wessely, PMA

Julianne is Certified by the Pilates Method Alliance in all forms of Pilates equipment.
